COMPOSITION
1 g of the product contains:
- Dexpanthenol — 50 mg.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
- prevention and treatment of dry skin with impaired skin integrity;
- prevention and treatment of diaper dermatitis in infants;
- prevention and treatment of nipple cracks in breastfeeding women;
- promotion of healing in minor skin injuries, mild burns, abrasions, skin irritation, chronic ulcers, pressure sores, fissures, and after skin grafting.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
The cream is for external use. Apply a thin layer 1–3 times daily to the affected area and gently rub in.
For breast care, apply the cream to the nipple area after each feeding. The nipples should be washed before the next feeding.
For infant care, apply the cream at each diaper (nappy) change.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Pharmacodynamics
Dexpanthenol is rapidly converted in skin cells into pantothenic acid, which is a component of coenzyme A and plays an important role in both the formation and healing of damaged skin. It stimulates skin regeneration and normalizes cellular metabolism.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
- avoid contact of the cream with the eyes.
Use during pregnancy and lactation:
- the cream may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Pediatric use:
- the product is used in infants and newborns.
