COMPOSITION
Each flacon with lyophilized powder contains:
Active ingredients:
- Adenosine triphosphate disodium trihydrate — 10 mg;
- Cocarboxylase — 50 mg;
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B₁₂) — 0.5 mg;
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin PP) — 20 mg.
Solvent (1 ampoule) contains:
- Lidocaine hydrochloride — 10 mg;
- Water for injection — up to 2 mL.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
·neuritis and neuropathies (including diabetic neuropathy, pernicious anemia, and other conditions);
·neuralgia of various origins;
·myalgia, sciatica;
·lumbago, radiculitis;
·bursitis, tendinitis;
· ischemic heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Cocarnit is administered intramuscularly at a dose of 1–2 ampoules once daily.
The duration of treatment and the need for repeat courses depend on the nature and severity of the disease.

Lyophilized powder for preparation of an injectable solution in flacons.
The kit contains 3 flacons of lyophilized powder with solvent — 3 ampoules of 0.5% lidocaine hydrochloride solution, 2 mL each, in a blister pack.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Pharmacodynamics
Cocarnit is a rationally selected complex of metabolic substances and vitamins.
Nicotinamide (a form of vitamin PP/niacin) participates in cellular redox processes, improves carbohydrate and nitrogen metabolism, normalizes lipid metabolism, and reduces levels of atherogenic lipoproteins in the blood.
Cocarboxylase is a coenzyme formed in the body from exogenous thiamine (vitamin B1). It plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism as part of carboxylase enzymes catalyzing the carboxylation and decarboxylation of α-keto acids. It indirectly supports the synthesis of nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids, reduces lactic and pyruvic acid levels, promotes glucose utilization, and improves trophic function of nervous tissue.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is converted in the body into active forms (adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin) with high biological activity. It enhances protein synthesis and accumulation, activates carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, lowers blood cholesterol, prevents fatty infiltration of the liver, supports hematopoiesis, increases erythrocyte resistance to hemolysis, promotes tissue regeneration, and supports liver and nervous system function.
Adenosine triphosphate disodium trihydrate (ATP) is an adenosine derivative that stimulates metabolic processes. It has hypotensive and antiarrhythmic effects and produces vasodilatory action, including on coronary arteries.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, children before 12 years.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Headache, dizziness, tachycardia, allergic reactions (urticaria).
DRUG INTERACTIONS
Cocarboxylase enhances the cardiotonic effect of cardiac glycosides.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
The solution should be used immediately after preparation.
The prepared solution must be red in color. Do not use the solution if its color has changed.
