COMPOSITION
1 tablets contain:
Vitamin B1 — 250 mg
Vitamin B2 — 15 mg
Vitamin B6 — 200 mg
Vitamin B12 — 250 mcg
Folic acid — 500 mcg.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
·Prevention and treatment of hypo- and avitaminosis of vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and folic acid;
·Symptomatic treatment of neurological disorders of various origin (neuritis, neuralgia, paresis, radiculopathy, plexitis, lumbago, peripheral nerve lesions);
·Encephalopathies (including diabetic and alcoholic);
·As part of combination therapy for cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, and liver diseases;
·Prevention and correction of adverse effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs, antibiotics, and radiation therapy;
·Anemia associated with vitamin B12 deficiency and toxic exposure;
·Convalescence period, asthenic conditions;
·Skin diseases (dermatitis, neurodermatitis, psoriasis);
· Ophthalmic diseases (hemeralopia, keratitis, iritis, cataract).
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Benevron BF is taken orally, 1 tablet during meals 1–3 times daily.
The duration of treatment and dosage are determined individually depending on the patient’s condition.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
B vitamins are involved in metabolic regulation, nervous system function, hematopoiesis, and tissue regeneration.
B1 (thiamine) supports energy metabolism and nervous and muscular function, improving mental and physical performance.
B2 (riboflavin) regulates redox processes, tissue respiration, hemoglobin synthesis, and tissue regeneration.
B6 (pyridoxine) regulates metabolism, supports the nervous and endocrine systems, and is involved in neurotransmitter synthesis.
B9 (folic acid) is essential for hematopoiesis, tissue growth, embryonic development, and prevention of anemia.
B12 (cyanocobalamin) is involved in blood formation, amino acid synthesis, and supports nervous system, liver function, and metabolism.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to the components of the medicinal product.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Allergic reactions and skin itching may occur.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
When Benevron BF is used concomitantly with levodopa, a reduction in its antiparkinsonian effect is observed.
Ethanol decreases thiamine absorption.
Pyridoxine may reduce the effects of steroid hormones. Isoniazid increases urinary excretion of pyridoxine.
Cycloserine, hydralazine, and penicillamine are antagonists of thiamine.
Concomitant use with HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (lovastatin, pravastatin) is not recommended due to the risk of rhabdomyolysis.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
It should be noted that during treatment with Benevron BF, urine may turn yellow due to the presence of riboflavin in the formulation.
Use during pregnancy and lactation:
The drug should be used only under strict indications and after careful assessment of the benefit–risk ratio.
