CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Very rarely, allergic reactions may occur (rash, urticaria, angioedema); gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea).
DRUG INTERACTIONS
The drug should not be used concomitantly with antitussive agents such as codeine and dextromethorphan, as this may hinder the expectoration of liquefied sputum.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
During storage, slight cloudiness of the syrup and minor changes in taste may occur, which do not affect the therapeutic efficacy of the product.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The use of Aerolet is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as there are no data confirming its safety during these periods.
